Arrow

She/her

Arrow is an adventurous she-wolf. She's always had a soft spot for pups, but was devastated to find out that she is infertile. Arrow fulfills the purpose of pup-watcher in the pack when she isn't on the hunting team- trying to make up for her inability to have a biological child by caring for those that belong to her packmates. She still longs for the day in which she can have a pup of her own.

One day while Arrow was out exploring she heard the yapping of pups inside of a cave. She entered to find that a lone wolf had been taking care of pups that were abandoned or otherwise orphaned. He agreed to allow her to take one home- and so she picked out Moth and returned to the pack. Although not of her own blood, Arrow loves to spoil Moth with attention and feels closer to her than the other pups she babysits.

One of Arrow's favourite things to do to destress is hunting. It's nice for her to have a time where she can just follow somebody else's guidance and- if it goes well- get a tasty reward at the end. The physical aspect of it helps her vent out her stress and calm down as well, and also since she is not the lead hunter she doesn't have the responsibility of another wolf's safety on her. Which is not to say, of course, that she dislikes spending time with Moth and the other pups, but rather that she needs a break sometimes.

Another activity she enjoys is wading in a pond (not moving water). She can easily do this by herself or with others, and she can let her mind wander and appreciate all the beauty of her surroundings. Arrow also loves to interact with the water and see what different ripples she can make and how she can direct the water.
