A very playful Pokémon, Deciver is not only Allen's starter Pokémon, but also his first friend. She was once abandonned, whether by choice or not, and left wandering the world, haunting different residents until she found the Lunte residence. For a while she fed there, though she almost ran away once she realized that one of the residents knew she was there -- but he was so lonely, it stirred something in her.
