General rules-

-Do not sell free designs for USD*

-Do not sell designs you've obtained from trade for USD*

*You may add art values to sell for USD

-My designs are not to be used for suggestive or NSFW artwork, and generally sex centered storylines.

-My designs are not to be used for any non-fictional political groups.*

*Note that FULLY original fictional ones are fine

-Tell me before you put a design of mine for trade/sell, not before you accept an offer. I may try to offer for them back.

-Confirm with a new owner once traded/sold that they've read my TOS. Failure to do so- and if the other person breaks it- it'll land back on you.

-Tell me after you redesign. If the design is different enough, I may request you to make the design a separate TH profile. The original can be traded or sold.

-You may not, under any circumstances, add yourself as a creator. If you made a redesign, add yourself as a designer.

Failure to follow these rules will result in different outcomes depending on the situation.

Small offense (Trading/selling without contacting or not confirming the new owner read this TOS): Warning

Medium offense (Redesign without letting me know): Reminder + Warning

High offense (Selling a character got for free or trade without extra value): Blacklist

Extreme offensive (NSFW, Political): Report to have images removed, Blacklist, Possible design revoking*.

*I will not revoke a design with extra value over $20
