An apocalypse gives many a tragic backstory and Kit is no exception, though there was never a time where she knew the world any differently. In her young teens, she turned to a gang for community after her parents were no longer able to take care of her, but gang life is harsh and she, not quietly, left after a few years. She now lives in Australia with a smaller, but happier colony of people.
