02 — Personality
Penelope is a quick to action person. She definitely doesn't think things though most of the time, and it caused her a quite few issues with people. It's not like she cares much, but these problems are still there.
She's definitely not the person to worry about her looks, opinions or what people think of her. She doesnt get offended by any insult, Pene actually thinks they are pretty funny. She speaks her mind how she likes to, and is quite stubborn, with the only people who really can change her mind are Marcelina, and her closest friends.
But if you will tear through that a bit bitchy, and narcisstick part of her personality, she is actually a pretty likeable person. Though she may seem pretty bitchy, she doesn't actually go and bully others, suprisingly she's against all kind of bullying, and doesn't put herself above others. She's also a loyal person, and when she has to get something done, she does it.

Frenemies
Their relationship is quite werid. They both despise eachother while being litterally best friends,they definitely are polar opposites, Penelope is more loud and quick to action, while Marcelina is quiet and likes to think things through before acting. They both still pretty much enjoy eachothers company, Penelope has a friend that she can rent to, and calm her when needed, and Marcelina has a loyal friend who will stay behind her back when needed
