Personality

As the general of Caelum's army, Vergilius is very serious and no-nonsense. He often doesn't laugh at jokes while realizing why they are funny, he just acknowledges them for what they are and moves on. He is diligent, often putting his duties and the safety of others first especially when the situation calls for it and is known for being quite patient. He is also very social and friendly, not having any issues with making friends most of the time. 

Despite leading an army against demons, he is very neutral when it comes to them and he often doesn't attack or get mad if the demon is not hurting anyone. However, similar to his father, Vergilius has a very bad temper that, unlike his father, he keeps hidden and it only comes out when he is incredibly stressed or upset.

Appearance

Vergilius has fair skin with medium long black hair and golden eyes. He often wears his uniform which is composed of a dark blue shirt (hidden by a white vest with a light blue collar with golden parts), white pants, a white long coat with a light blue undertone, a dark blue belt and dark blue boots.

Relationships

Caelestis: The god that Vergilius works for. They have a good boss/worker relationship and Vergilius respects him despite the events that happened with his mother.

Cornelius: Vergilius's father. They have a rocky relationship with their ups and down. Usually, they get along well but they disagree strongly when it comes how Vergilius can be neutral sometimes with demons despite being the general.

Cordelia: Vergilius's late mother. He doesn't remember much about her but he remembers her very fondly. 

Lucius: Vergilius's little brother that he is very overprotective of. He often spends time with him in the afternoon to help him train and what-not.

Sky: Vergilius's childhood friend and sister-like figure. They are very close, often realizing when the other is upset and trying to help them. Probably one of the individuals that he trusts the most. 

Amos: Vergilius's second childhood friend. While not as close to him as he is with Sky, Vergilius often spends time with Amos and they often hang out together. Despite being the bestest of friends, they have a playful rivalry going on. He is also on the list of individuals that Vergil trusts the most.

Elise: One of Vergilius's best friends. He can be found by her side usually when Vergil is hanging out with his group of friends due to her calm and gentle personality. Thanks to her looks and way of being, Vergilius finds her cute and he has a small crush on her.   

Ezekiel: One of Vergilius's best friends and Elise's "twin" brother. They get along decently well when Ezekiel isn't making odd and dark jokes. 

Kurosora: One of Vergilius's best friends. Vergil sees him as someone that he wants to befriend and help out due to Kurosora's species. He often tries to get Kuro to hang out with him and his friends but it doesn't always work out. 

Story

At a young age, Vergilius was chosen by Caelestis to be one that leads the army of Caelum after his father got demoted. He accepted his duties well and because he already had fighting experience and observed his father leading the army before, it didn't took too long before Vergilius began excelling at his job. He usually spends his time training the army, training himself and his brother or hanging out with his friends. 

Trivia

● Despite his name being Vergilius, he is often referred to as Vergil which he doesn't mind and often encourages. 

● He adores cute things like plushies. He also likes small things too because he just finds them adorable.

● He loves birds especially penguins. 

● He uses a sword to fight most of the time. 

● He secretly sneaks to the cold places to observe penguins in their natural habitat.
