Amanda Lynn was the fourth and final child born to her parents, who were well-known musicians. When she was old enough to start learning how to play an instrument, her parents got her lessons, but let her pick the instrument. Amanda Lynn chose the mandolin because she loved the sound of them, so her parents got her lessons with the best music instructors. When she had accomplished learning the instrument of her choice, her parents had her join in the family band with her three older siblings: Zimri (her big brother), Viola (her selectively mute older sister), and Brandon (Viola's twin brother). Her childhood mainly consisted of homeschooling and a plethora of being on the road touring with her family's band, which came to be quite a successful one nationwide.

Though the touring life was the only life that Amanda Lynn had ever known, she really loved it and she truly enjoyed the fact that she got to work alongside all of her older siblings, all of whom she looked up to and adored. So when Amanda Lynn and her siblings got older, she was a bit heartbroken when they all decided to go their own separate ways to have solo careers. Despite this, she was certainly inspired by them to go ahead and pursue her own solo music career. Due to the success that all four of the Sonata siblings already had while in their family band, they were all well-off and had quite a bit of money saved up to help them get started in their solo career pursuits or any pursuits that they may have had in general.

Amanda Lynn chose to pursue a solo career in country music, writing her own songs and performing them herself. It was a difficult change for her for she had never actually performed any of the songs that she had ever written, nor really shared them with her family, so it was a nerve-wracking experience for her to put them out there. To her surprise, her songs hit a chord with audiences and she found great success as a well-known female country artist. She went on to get several country music awards for her songwriting and music videos over the eight years that she was on-goingly active within the industry.

Somewhere amidst that time between Amanda Lynn going solo as a country music artist and the end of her eight year run, she met and fell in love with a male Jellybean Dragon her age by the name of Toothless. Their romance fueled all of Amanda Lynn's best love songs that she wrote and released, many of them becoming cross-over hits. Toothless proposed to Amanda Lynn on April 1st, 2014, wanting to surprise her on a day when no one would expect a serious engagement to take place. They had a beautiful wedding and it wasn't long before they had four beautiful children together and adopted some in between as well. They have what many consider to be a storybook happily ever after.

Amanda Lynn is bright and bubbly, very exuberant and friendly. She was raised with old fashioned morals, so her mannerisms and overall behavior seems out-dated to many beans. She has a few friends, though she hardly seems to spend much time with them, thinking that they'd much rather hang out with their other friends than with her. Mostly, she just keeps to herself, her family, her mandolin, and her music. She has a tendency to have her head up in the clouds dreaming when she is alone, fiddling with her favorite scarf that she always wears on her tail with everything, even if it doesn't exactly match, as she daydreams. Though she is an adult bean, she has retained much of the imagination and wonder of childhood, making her a very sweet, innocent, and child-like bean. Amanda Lynn is very sweet tempered and affectionate, a bean would be hard pressed to get her to yell or snap at them for anything. She isn't easy to frustrate, but when she becomes frustrated over something, she's make some sort of angry noise, a harrumph, steps away from whatever it is and cool off; usually listening to or playing the mandolin to help her cool off.

She is quite a modest and humble bean, never thinking too highly of herself or in her abilities. She believes that she is not all that pretty or good looking, whenever other beans tell her how pretty they think she is or how talented she is, she always believes that they are merely being very courteous. She doesn't see herself as being a very amusing bean to be with and during a conversation, is listening more to what others say instead of doing much talking herself. She might throw a few words in here and there, but otherwise, she remains mostly silent. However, on the occasion when she does talk, she can be rather long-winded and has problems getting right to a point, which is why she doesn't talk much because she's afraid of losing everyone and feeling awkward when she's done talking. She is also very enthusiastic and holiday spirited, often jumping wholeheartedly into holidays and other such events, from dressing up her house and room to dressing up in costume. Though she's very self-conscious about it, this is one of the few things she doesn't care if she's ridiculed about. She is also a very cheerful and bright personality, smiling often and laughing a great deal.
