Whirley Milkshake

A perky, young resident of Sugarland, Whirley is a milkshake and son of Cuphead and Von Bon Bon. He likes rollerskating, dancing, and going to the drive-in theater. He tends to be a bit scatterbrained, however, and can get caught up in his own thoughts during work.

Unfortunately, Whirley tends to hang out with the wrong sort of crowds. He tags along with greasers and other hooligans, who typically just keep him around for status. He's never involved in their delinquency, however; he's blissfully unaware of their troublesome antics, and is always confused when his "friends" rush off in a frantic getaway, sometimes pursued by law enforcement.
