Though she was created last in the quartet, Rhea is very much the leader and decision-maker among the Goliaths. She is great at listening and taking into account everyone's opinions, and tries her best to include them all. Rhea understands that sometimes she can't, and it does get her down sometimes.
Her biggest downfall is that she tends to be rather overbearing in her friendliness. Her quartet would tell you easily that she is a higher maintenance friend. Her decisions and ideas are rather great, but her executions are often poorly thought out and over excited.
Mortal Pokemon look upon her as a sign of leadership. They often place figures of her in their gardens.
