Dorami Ghidorah

Sometime around a billion years ago, an alien race created several different Ghidorah titans to wipe out different planets across the universe. But after many, many years of creating the monsters, the aliens decided that they needed something bigger; something more powerful than ever before that could serve as the head to their Ghidorah army. And thus, Dorami was created and served as a beacon of destruction in the universe.

Dorami obediently served his masters for many centuries, creating new Ghidorah himself while remaining in his place. But after all that time living under the thumb of his rulers, unable to command his legion exactly as he wished across the universe. Eventually, he found that only one course of action was suitable for his wishes of the future: destroy his creators and take their place on top. The war didn't last but a few days, but the destruction was massive. Dorami used his powers of creation to obliterate entire planets colonized by his creators' race, but they nearly defeated him by activating a secret weapon they had made in the off chance he tried to ever overthrow them. To avoid his own defeat and to make sure that the aliens could not replace him, he sacrificed his body by imploding his own energy that created a massive surge of power across the universe, completely annihilating everything within a few hundred light-years of him. While this completely destroyed his creators, it also decimated most of his body, leaving nothing but his middle head floating in space. With the last remnants of his power, he cocooned his head in cosmic energy and debris around him, allowing the head to become protected from the elements and miraculously begin the process of healing his body.

Despite the near-total destruction of his body, his mind was still as strong as ever. And with his new role as the official leader of his species after the death of his creators, he was able to command the other Ghidorahs telepathically throughout the universe. He wasn't able to mass-produce more his species, but more were slowly created around his regenerating cacoon as his aura flared to life in the universe.

His existence wasn't even fully confirmed by Monarch up until a few years ago after finding ancient records beneath Japan; secret ruins with religious temples and cities seemingly dedicated to a species of hydra monsters with one, extremely large mural erected in the center of it. It was originally thought to represent King Ghidorah but after the defeat of Monster Zero, a further study of the ancient scriptures revealed word of another member of the species - one ultimately more powerful - that would come after Ghidorah to "cleanse" the planet of those who did not worship his mighty presence. Not long afterward, Monarch got readings of a major energy spike somewhere in the universe, far-off but unmistakably similar to the energy readings of King Ghidorah.

Unknown to them, the spike was actually Dorami entering the final stages of his full regeneration. His body has been reformed and all that remains now is to regain his full power that's been lying dormant all this time. He remains in his planetary form for now, but he is fully aware of King Ghidorah's defeat on Earth and plans to make sure that his job is completed by finishing off the planet itself once he has returned to his full power, regardless of how long it may take him to do so.
