Once he became a demon he had trouble control his form and power on the new form. Satan was the one the fought him, putting him on his place. as the Prince spared his life, Cassiel sworn loyalty to the demon.
He isn't as powerful as a Prince or any of the high ranks demon, he still fight with everything he has until he can't move anymore.
