The Artist will not draw any of the following:

• Feral
• Real life people
• Explicit Sexual Content
• Heavy gore
  (Ex. Detailed internal body parts)
• Mecha
• Elderly-appearing characters (56+ years old)
• Sexualized underage characters (in actual age and appearance)
• Pedophilic relations
• Incestuous relations
• Certain kinks/ fetishes (ex. watersports, DDLG...); the Client is asked to confirm with the Artist beforehand if a certain kink/ fetish is acceptable.

• The Artist has a right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
• The Artist has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
  (Please see Section 6 - Refunds for more information on cancellations.)
• The Client has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.

• The Artist has a right to upload the commission on any/ all social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, etc.) unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private.
• The full payment has to be sent unfront to be added to the To-Do List / Trello.
• The Artist will not work with deadlines or rush orders.
• The Artist will work in FCFS (First Come First Serve) Basis. But sometimes Smaller commissions/ commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions/ commissions requiring more time but will be posted later.
• NSFW commissions may only be ordered by a Client 18 years of age or older. If the Artist has any reason to suspect the Client is underage while asking for an NSFW commission, the commission will be automatically rejected/ cancelled, in addition to a public service announcement being made.
• The Client may contact the Artist at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once every two weeks. The Client is encouraged to contact the Artist via social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, etc.) if the Client is unable to reach the Artist via e-mail.
• Important:
  • The Artist will not tolerate any rude behavior or harsasment, this will result in the commission being cancelled without any type of refund, and the Client being added to the Black List.
  • The Client is allowed to contact the artist at any time asking for updates or wips of their commission, but only 1 time per week; any rush will result in the delay or cancelation of the commission with or without refund.

• The Client is allowed to:
  • Make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation...).
  • Use/ reupload the commission for personal/ non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to the Artist @Capuchi99 and a linkback to any of the Artist's social media ( Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram ) is provided.
    • If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, additional credit to the owner(s)/ creator(s) of said characters must be provided when using/ reuploading for personal/ non-commercial use.
  • Print the artwork or make any merchandise for personal/ non-commercial use only. The Artwork may not be used in any form of distribution without The Artist's permission.
• The Client is NOT allowed to:
  • Use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with the Artist beforehand.
    • If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, the Client can not use the commission for commercial use unless explicitly written permission from the owner(s)/ creator(s) of said characters is provided.
  • Claim the commission as his/ her/ their own work, whether (s)he/ they did or did not make any edits to the commission.
  • Make Big Changes to the completed commission (ex. Draw above the Artwork (Recolor / Edit) to make his/ her/ their own, Delete The Artist's watermark...).
• The Artist does not claim ownership to any of the characters/ subjects portrayed in the commission. Characters belong to their respective creator(s).

• All commissions will be done digitally.
  • There will be no hard copies.
  • The Client is paying for a service/ digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.
• All commissions will be done in an anime/ manga style or as sampled in the style ordered.
• All commissions will be .PNG with dimensions ranging from 1000px - 3000px+ unless specified otherwise. Exceptions may be made, depending on the commission.
  • The dimensions are relative, If you as the client want a especific size or dimension. Then you have to discuss that before ordering. While if the canvas is too big there will be added charges to it.
• All commissions will be sent via inbox with the completed commission .PNG in full quality file attached.
• Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all resized commissions will be posted on the Artist's social media.
  • Commissions will be posted on the Artist's social media after the Client has received and approved the original commission file.
  • The Client may choose to remain anonymous when the Artist publicly uploads the commission.
• Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated turnaround is about one (1) week to two (2) months at the latest.
  • If the Artist has to take longer than two (2) months to complete the commission for whatever reason, the Client will be contacted and informed of the status of his/ her/ their commission.

• The full payment has to be sent unfront to be added to the To-Do List / Trello.
• Payment is to be made via DeviantArt Points only (for now).
• PayPal payment is to be done in MXM (Mexican Pesos or USD (When paypal is avalible))
• PayPal payment is be done using invoices. The Artist will require the Client's PayPal e-mail.
• The Client does not need to pay extra for any of the PayPal fees.
• DeviantArt Points payment is to be made using the Donation Widget on the Artist's DeviantArt profile page.
• Payment must be sent within 72 hours after confirmation.

• If the Client cancels his/ her/ their commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:
  • 100% refunded if the sketch hasn't been started
  • 60% refunded if in the sketch stage
  • 40% refunded if in the base colours or Lineart stage
  • 20% - 10% refunded if in the shading stage/ final touches
  • The Client will receive the files of the commission in the stage it was left. But if the client was rude then it wont be refund any money and will not receive any files of the commission.
• If the Artist cancels the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a parcial refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.
• Refunds will be given within 72 hours after correspondence.
• The Client will not be refunded if (s)he/ they are unsatisfied with the commission.
  • If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. adjusting colours), up to a maximum one (1) time after correspondence. Any desired major revisions (ex. reposing, colour scheme change, etc.) will be rejected.
  • The only major revisions permitted are details that the Artist may have missed and was specified by the Client in the order form/ correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching/ lineart stage (ex. missing tattoo that's essential to the character's design).

The following is a sample of the Artist's commission process:

• The Client must provide information of the character and any doubts that meCapuchii99 (The Artist) has. Plus+ providing a digital and clear reference of the character, small descriptions or likes of the character are allowed.
• The Artist contacts the Client after the Client has sent the order form, confirming the acceptance or rejection of the commission. Upon acceptance, the final price and details of the commission is confirmed.
• If asked , The Client will receive wips (resizeds and watermarkeds) of the commission. Any and all major revisions must be done at the Sketch stage / First wip.
• The Client approves the sketch. Payment is to be made (via DeviantArt Commissions Widget or Gift Widget idc).
• Upon confirmation that the payment has been received, the Artist will work on and finalize the commission.
• Upon completion of the commission, the Client will receive the commission file via inbox. Only minor changes (ex. brightness, colour adjustments, etc.) can be made at this point. Any and all major revisions (ex. reposing, colour scheme change, etc.) will be rejected.
• If permitted, the Artist posts a resized and watermarked version of the commission on social media.
