An early-retired, multi-talented entrepreneur, known for his intelligence and wit. He rose to success through connections and charisma, and once he had enough money to retire early and peacefully, that was exactly what he did. However, his foundation lies in manipulation and inhumane actions, definitely not above (or below, as he might say) killing off the competition. Julius doesn't mind getting his hands dirty, and his retirement was simply a leeway into the dark world of assassination. He's self-employed nowadays, using his monetary connections to do his own research into future victims to determine whether they're worthy of his justice. It's a sickness, he would say, one he is but a slave to, and he is more than happy to endorse the dark needs inside him.

That was all well and good, until he delved into an ocean deeper than he could ever imagine: the supernatural residencies of the city. Soon, even the spirits learned his name, his reputation of a clever and unique killer causing trouble even for their kind as normal beings soon bored him. This attracted the attentions of multiple spirits similar to him, those bent on the destruction of others. He sought alliance with the inky shadows that have swallowed too many before him, and just before they swallowed him too, he wrangled them under his control- throwing his humanity away to embrace who he was always meant to be: an eternal being of killer, self-serving justice. He is still himself, but now he is something more. Now is the beginning of his reign.
