Modern AU is set when Darrius is about 22 and Emily 21. Dunwall and the rest of the setting remain the same, but as if they were in 2020.
They both go to college and work together as the bouncers to the Hounds Pit Pub.
Darrius is very much interested in business and going to school for accounting and business. He tends to stick pretty close to his studies, and isn't one to goof of playing video games or reading or watching much TV. When he does he likes to play simpler games and watch sitcoms.
