As the future king of Cathal and one of the strongest mages of the umbra element, Kieran longs for freedom from the oppression of his father. For several years he spent his life within the walls of the castle, learned to control the energy of his soul, read and studied a lot, even had a personal teacher who helped him. His father was still dissatisfied with his son, he believed that he did not study enough and was not strong enough to rule the whole country. To prove the opposite, little Kieran began to fight monsters. The first attempts scarred him, and the subsequent ones made him a powerful shadow reaper. Such power gave him a new life, but still he was more interested in what was behind the wall. After waiting for the right time, he escaped from his hometown to a holiday in the city of Kijo, which will greatly change his views in the future.

Kieran disrespects Ethari from the start of their journey. He always sees him as an arrgonat hypocrite, who is constantly tells everybody what to do, but does not have leadership qualities. This is why he keeps ignoring him most of the time he commands.
YANG
Surprisingly, Kiearan thinks great about this mischievous boy. He is pretty hilarious, even though his battle skills is far from being at least decent, it's not a problem for them to have some fun and teach some fighting techniques.
EIRIN
Kieran's precious little sister. They constantly have some disagreements, but only for a joke sake. Even though they're different with their mindset, Kieran being more about actions first - thinking later, as for Eirin is the opposite way around, they love each other as a siblings.
