Personality -
Despite his aggressive and mean looking appearance, and often times equally hostile nature. Zultan can also be a massive sweetheart and even sometimes playful when it comes to someone he both trusts and loves. Being both ferociously protective as well as trigger happy, he will never turn down a fight. When he is in some of his most aggressive moments he will frequently push his body past it's limit to protect anyone that he cares for. He can also come across as being someone who wears his heart and emotions on his sleeve, frequently letting his emotions show despite it sometimes being the incorrect time. 

With his "fight first ask questions later" attitude, he is often seen as being a creature with an extremely short fuse. Meaning many of the other experiments within the Block are scared of him due to his hostile and volatile nature. 

Special abilities -
He has no "superpowers" per se. But the spikes of his tail are the perfect weapon for fights, being able to have them either point up or down he can have them used for either offensive or defensive tactics. With the ability to push them flush against the thick fur of his tail, he is able to partially conceal his tail spikes. 

Despite having wings, they are too small for him to be able to fully lift himself into the air with them, instead using them as a sort of shield as well as being able to use them to give a small boost if he is trying to get himself some extra air.

Weaknesses -
The biggest weakness that Zultan has is his unprotected thighs, belly and arms. Unlike the other parts of his body that are covered in a thick fur, these areas are only covered in a layer of very fine fur, Making these areas very prone to being attacked by sharp weapons that are easily able to tare into his skin. 

The other major weak spot he has is his head. It is both his strongest yet also weakest point, being able to withstand extremely strong force and being able to be used as a sort of battering ram in fights it can also be extremely delicate if there is too much pressure put on it. Being able to crack under high levels of pressure, there is little protection to his vital organs if he takes a direct blow to the head with something like a hammer or sword. The fact there is also next to no feeling in that specific area due to the lack of nerve tissue means that he often won't realise that he has sustained any levels of damage until the wounds are far too severe to easily be fixed.
