Personality: Caine is incredibly capricious, and loves classic villain tropes and riddles. His schemes often put peoples’ lives on the line, though it’s more out of a flair for the dramatic than an actual desire to kill. He’s always looking for new heroes and vigilantes to play cat-and-mouse with, and believes himself to be smarter than many of the ones who do participate in his “games”. Caine has a sense of humor that swings wildly from the obscenely morbid to actual jokes that most human beings find funny, and it’s sometimes hard to pin down whether he’s joking or not. He generally prefers to work alone, though he seeks casual companionship among other villains fairly often. He longs for recognition and infamy on a similar scale as someone like Goodknight or Contessa, though his crimes are nowhere near as heinous.
