Resale and Pricing

• Resale: Designs acquired through trade/swap are not eligible for resale unless you have invested additional monetary value into the design, such as commissioned artwork or physical goods.

• Pricing: When reselling a design, the price should reflect the amount you paid for it, not the original auction price.  For example, if you purchased a design for $30, it cannot be resold for its original price of $300. However, if you commissioned additional artwork for $20, the design could then be resold for $50.  The value of the design for trade purposes may differ from the resale price.

• Anti-Inflation: Please do not inflate the price of the design beyond the original value and any additional investment you've made. I am not personally okay with this, but there are many designers that are! Please support them if this is not okay with you!

Design Management

   Each design should have only one Toyhouse profile for tracking purposes. If co-owners exist, please designate one profile as the official host.

• Editing:  edits to the design AND art once purchased are allowed. I enjoy seeing you all build on a character and truly make them yours! Please refrain from adding NSFW content to the original file when editing it though!

• Original Files: The original design file must be included in the Toyhouse profile for future reference.

• Profile Deletion: Deleting a design's profile is prohibited.

Payment Plans:

• A down payment is required to hold an adopt.
• Estimated timeframe for payment plan completion should be communicated upfront.
• Backouts/ghosting might result in blacklisting!
• Unpaid designs are put back up for sale after 48 hours.
• Incase of a back out: 35% of a payment plan is non-refundable once it has extended past 2 months.
• Artwork for adopts won't be completed beyond the sketch stage until most of the payment is received.
