Neither ghost nor demon, but Hannum's loyal cohort— though he himself is no legionnaire of Baxter’s, his devotion to Hannum makes him one unofficially.
He admires the man and would do anything for him, and he is in-turn his confidant. However, he and Hannum occasionally struggle to see eye to eye— Ratzy can’t help the body he’s been given, but it significantly impacts how others see him. Although Hannum is the closest a non-demon has ever gotten to considering him as a person, a disconnect persists. Still, he wants to help Hannum as much as Hannum helps him. He performs alongside Hannum, though he doesn’t really care to. He can be a bit meticulous about details and numbers when the opportunity arises, but it seldom does.
