Cunning and intelligent like the typical Kalondara. Cato is a well experienced and very loyal fighter, close to Lotharius as an old friend. Despite being rather quiet and standing behind the scenes, he is very influential and powerful. Very calm and patient, willing to wait out for long periods of time to wait for the tide to turn to his direction so he can take the oppurtunity.

The Kalondara Family, one of the Ten Great Families of the Empire, is known for their blue hair and eyes- with cunning strategists. They preside in the Rafmagn Palace which governs the Nieves District. As the eldest child of the former Head of Kalondara, he naturally inherited the position after her death during the Second Enzo-Exian War. Despite being promoted by Emperor Atrimo, Cato was a close friend of Lotharius from the Academy and continued his loyalty, which was rewarded by the Kalondara's getting more power when Lotharius ascended.
