height : 1m72

Ruben is a lanky man. even though he isn't very strong, he compensate with a good agility. His skin is white.

His thin, slick hair is brown and long, enough to partially cover his left eye. Speaking of which, his eyes are of a bright green and very expressive. He has a pointy nose.

He usually wears rather expensive looking clothes, rarely showing much of his skin, and paints his nails. His arms and legs are covered in scars due to the rather autodestructive aspect of his supernatural abilities.

Ruben is very egocentric, and barely shows any empathy to the people around him. He can be very cruel, mocking or blackmailing others into doing what he wishes. He pretty much acts like a spoiled brat, turning exaggeratedly mad when things don't go the way he wants. 

He loves to be the center of attention, and faking being nice is something he does pretty often to achieve that. But he ends up backstabbing the ones who approached him pretty quick, just to have a good laugh as he watches them crumble unde disillusion.

He also always needs to feel superior.

The guy actually feels incredibly lonely. Making others suffer became is sole coping mechanism. He also find some sort of peace through gardening or taking care of his pet cat, Jet.

Habits : Taps his foot down when stressed / Talks to himself occasionally / Swings on his heels

-- Background --

Ruben is born in a very rich family. Both of his parents spent most of their time abroad to attend to business matters and such. Therefore, he has been mainly raised by the personnel of their household. His parents asked them to do everything their child wanted, quickly turning him into a spoiled brat. Loneliness from the fact that he never got close to anyone, and the lack of proper parental love pretty much turned him into what he is today.

He felt the need to fill this void by letting out his frustration on his house personnel. He grew found of manipulating and hurting people. When he discovered his powers, it only gave him the ability to abuse people physically as well.

His powers allow him to grow thorns and roses from his flesh. He can manipulate them as he whishes as long as they stay connected to him. He usually cuts his skin with a pocket knife before sprouting them, just for the sake of having cleaner looking scars. Growing too many can quickly drain him of his energy.

* His pet cat, Jet, is a black Devon Rex.

* He likes to drink. But he enjoys fancy cocktails more than the regular stuff.

* He does really bad with snow or very cold weathers.
