Physical Description: 

A freakishly tall anthropomorphic owl with soft grey and purple  feathers. They have a long tail ending in a feather "fan", and short  wings attached to their arms. Although, those are way too small to carry  them in any way. Their beak and talons are of a seafoam green, while  their eyes and flame are teal.

The back of their head is made out of wax, which constantly melts and magically grows back.

Personality: 

Very polite and sweet, this soft-spoken bird has incredible patience.  They have a big soft spots for kids and little pokemons, and tend to put  others before them.

History: 

Ivo never met their real parents. They grew up in Snowpoint City with a  foster family instead. They were comfortable enough there, feeling loved  and cared for even if they were wildly different from the human couple  who took them under their wings. They were very grateful for the life  they offered him, and grew to seek to do the same kind of good their  foster parents inspired them. This is what lead them to study to become a  teacher, in hope to be a good influence in the life of many children.

They moved to Elysia after obtaining their degree, and are now teaching in the region's elementary school.
