He used to belong to a different company. After a incident that involved the death of a child, they were sued and closed for a bit before reopening their restaurant. Even though it reopened and continued business for a while afterwards, at some point the owners and workers completely abandoned it, leaving mostly everything behind including the animatronics. Anything that (for whatever reason) wasn't stolen in terms of the animatronics is most likely now on, apart of, or with Shadmin after he was found by a mechanic who salvaged what left and fixed him. Now he spends his days in a new place along side new, colorful, and funky friends.
