About
Phil is Shelley's uncle from England who moved to Brampton some years ago after quitting the Bristol police force, where he was a detective. There, he operated a private detective 'company' out of his apartment while doing other odd jobs. Due to the closeness in their ages, his relationship with Shelley is more of a friendly one than an uncle-neice relationship. Phil's stint in the manor only convinced him of the evil in the world, and with the help of Shelley and --, he hopes to do whatever he can to stop it. He has a short temper when dealing with things he's passionate about, but is soft-hearted when it comes to those he loves.Trivia
