Enoki works in herb and potion shop since being a little girl, and knows what is and isn't dangerous to eat since her mushrooms made her sick once. Xander came looking for food because he hadn't wandered the forest area before and she helped him eat safe berries and plants. He wants to learn for future reference for long journeys and she says okay if he helps in the shop while she teaches. She handles growing and imports and deliveries alone before he came so the help was appreciated. She won't tell him why she's by herself and he wonders a lot and doesn't want to leave her easily and might try to teach her things too.
