Personality:

Wesley isn't very mature, nor very brave. He enjoys the idea of adventure, while actual adventures terrify him. He hopes to someday be successful in one way or another, but most of all, he wants to stay with his companion, Whisper. Wesley and Whisper aren't super touchy, but close in spirit. Wesley is kind, gentle, and intelligent, but also funny and silly with his friends. He may be timid, but he isn't boring. He loves his bandana and is rarely seen without it.

Background:

Wesley was born an only child, and his origin is unknown. He may have been bred, or created in a lab, or simply plopped down on Earth one day. His exact age is unknown as well, only that he is  a young adult. He met Whisper when they were both adolescents, and spent the later part of their growing up together. They haven't decided whether they should stay best friends and companions, or make their relationship a romantic endeavor. He lives around humans, and likes them for the most part. He got his bandana from a human many years ago, whom he lived with for a while before they passed away. He wears it as a remembrance.
