Nelly is my top one favorite creation, she is extremely dear to me and represents everything I could be, what I have, what I am. She is my sona, my beloved and my darling. She doesn't have a complete backstory with a lot of connection, but basically, her world is a technological steampunk western, with a commerce system between planets that have humanoids, creatures, diverse fauna and flora, and a whole system of trafficking, divided powers, politics, etc. There is cutting-edge technology.

design notes
- Her muzzle length is equivalent to one from a adult male wolf,. The skull can be also used as reference.
- The wings resemble those of a bat, they are optional and are made of "electricity", so it can be drawn as "ghost wings" with some lightning bolts, also optional.
- She cans extend body to and increase the size toa huge dragon. Sometimes a little noodle, sometimes a big creature.
- Cheek fur is marked (and a sequence of 4/5). Might vary from style to style, but resembles large "scales"/"horns" etc. Toothless from httyd can be used as a reference in that way, but she's isn't a fury or anything.
- Her paw fingers that behave like human fingers(not well seen when used as feet/paw), so she can catch and hold things. Pads are optional.
- She has an optional navy blue witch hat with green leaves. Can be drawn with many acessoires, even nature things. Her necklace is optional also, but hardly she takes it off.
- Her "whiskers" are located on the sides of head, behind the tufts of the cheek. With it, Nelly can feel and detect storms or climate change. It can detect and track negative ions from storms, producing light-blue electrical sparks when very close to one.

A Song of thunder and clouds
Formed at some undocumented moment in the history of the universe, she was created in the heart of a storm,
from ions, electricity,some animals that unfortunately did not manage to escape, and god knows what more.
The creation was in a desert with rock formations, and it is not known exactly what gave rise to her.
Nelly wandered for decades, perhaps centuries or even millennia in this dusty land, cataloged by nomads and dubbed
Storm Thunder, later developing into the sobriquet ThunderStorm.
The "main" plot is that Nelly was a solitary animal. She became interested in Jace after he crossed the forest where Nel was located. What caught her eye were the carrot key chains on his backpack. Jace noticed her presence on top of a tree, so he approached her from the ground and she got scared, not knowing how to react. After some events, she joined Jace's older brother, Elijah, his friend, Clarke and Jace himself.

Primarily, Nelly is a curious, peaceful and quiet creature.
Initially reclusive, reserved and timid, she doesn't usually sympathize with much other living beings, living alone a big part of her life.
She is usually kind to those she likes, even if they are few friends. Despite living a cloistered life, she is as harmless as she can. Friendly, but not social.
Despite the power, she is afraid and runs from problems. Nelly is not a fighter, nor a killer. She is a lover. Is the wind, the sky, the thunder, the land, the life, the death, the disaster, the fear, the freedom. She is not the hero nor the villain, she is more like a random character, lives like one. Nelly is a part of the big cycle of life, she knows it and live through the centuries waiting for her part to be done in that carnal plan. She has emotions; she rejoices, laughs cries, and suffers. She just feels.
On the other hand, she can be furious and angry if someone mess with what shouldn't, especially if it is someone important to Nelly. It's difficult for her to gain confidence, but once done, she will sacrifice herself to protect - her loyalty is undeniable. The dark storm comes from her anger, her fear, her dread. The possibility of getting hurt, especially one of her loved ones, is the fuel for an unstoppable storm. People don't mess with her out of fear, but power can move lands.
O2. WORLD
- This world can be interpreted as an "old west cyber / steampunk", as there is an advanced development of technology used, for example, in automobiles, body members that are mechanical or prototypes, weapons, among others, but it is not like the great urban centers, full of modern buildings, paved streets, etc. In places of greater population concentration, there is a minimally more advanced architectural development than in remote and inland cities, but it is a more classic architecture, made of stones, sand, earth, clay and reinforced structures.

The type of world comes very close to the environments in films that address dystopia, with something that seems apocalyptic, but nothing extreme. There are buildings apparently broken due to tremors, abandonment, erosion and external problems, but that's just the outside; within these institutions, it is truly technological and developed.
There are forests, more desert places, marine environments, several "worlds" within one, and common and mystical creatures. - In this universe, ann is an extremely valuable animal on the black market, as it was the first and only one to be cataloged in all of history. Its abilities are potentially destructive and many have a military and political interest in it, as it can cause calculated mass destruction.
- Inspired by western and eastern dragons and not having a niche species nor belonging to a universe already created in the movies, we can say that nelly is a storm dragon, which would be a more appropriate classification for her.

Her abilities to manipulate electricity to form anything were never seen before, and if "captured", she would be worth so much that not even the richest men would be able to buy.
A sign of power, this dragon is a spirit born free, and forcing her into captivity would only result in destruction.
She chooses who she wants to spend life time with and her loyalty is undivided, defending with her life those who she considers her home, where her heart resides. Also, her movements in long form resemble that of a serpent, also being called an electro viper.

- She has skills that involve the handling of storm ions and cations. Briefly, in addition to attracting them, she cans manipulate the ions and cations in her body, and use its own vital energy, creating electrical currents from the cells. This means that she cans conduct and control stormy electricity while away from one.
- She can fly/float. There are two ways to do this: first, he can gather his body's electrical energy and make it solid, shaped in the shape of wings. Secondly, there is a buoyancy without needing these “wings”, and it works in a similar way to the adapted ones. It uses magnetic fields generated by an electric current, where an electric current travels through a conductor, your body, and then a magnetic field circulates to form along its entire length. elijah
Of all the relationships that Anahi has, Elijah is the closest creature to her. Both are compatible and enjoy the same kind of things, with common interests. She is more attached to him, and the affection she has for jayjay is the greatest she has. A totally healthy and complementary relationship.
