Just below the surface of Pluto is a secret safe-haven for all displaced beings of the galaxy. Some were born there, most ended up there, but they live together in relative harmony and abide by the laws of Aphelion- the governing body of the haven.

Celeste works for Aphelion as a care-worker and placement manager, which means she is in charge of taking care of any new child refugees that come to Pluto. She's got a lot of mom-energy, and knows how to make any creature feel at home. She came to Pluto as a refugee herself, along with her best friend Charlotte, and remembers how scary it was.
