Just below the surface of Pluto is a secret safe-haven for all displaced beings of the galaxy. Some were born there, most ended up there, but they live together in relative harmony and abide by the laws of Aphelion- the governing body of the haven.

Stella is one of the best space pirates that calls Pluto home. Her only competition is Geneva, but recently they've started working together because they just can't be beat. The two of them typically take on missions to rescue goods and people from dying solar systems. Stella's specialty is on-the-ground rescue missions, and she can talk her way out of just about anything.
