Just below the surface of Pluto is a secret safe-haven for all displaced beings of the galaxy. Some were born there, most ended up there, but they live together in relative harmony and abide by the laws of Aphelion- the governing body of the haven.

Octavia wants to be a bounty hunter, but so far she hasn't been able to pass her flying test. She's got her eye on Zeenoth, who seems to also be keen on leaving Pluto, and thinks he might be her ticket to greater space exploration.
