In her human form she had kinda weak powers. Can't turn into a full dragon but can instead slowly turn more and more dragon-like. Grows a long tail, horns get larger, wings grow to full size with large claws on them (they're bigger than Devi's and she loves bragging about them). She also grows icy, cold scales in some places like her hips, shoulders, cheeks, elbows, and on her back, especially around her wings. Powers are stronger in this form. Scales and wings are light blue. Has icy breath, maybe can freeze things

Human form has small deer-like antlers, deep blue
