Anya loves to stay organized. Planning her day and keeping her planner on hand helps her stay focus and determined during the day. She loves to care for people around her and help them as much as she can. Her biggest flaw is most definitely her shyness. It mostly comes from a lack of confidence and fear of failure. She's trying her best and working on it.

Backstory: Anya was born in a little town away from any big city. However she moved to Topaz City when she was very young due to her mother marrying a business man who lived there. Anya found the city life both scary and mesmerizing and slowly adapted with the help of her mother and new father.

As she got older, Anya set a goal for herself to be as important and successful as her father. Business, finance or anything similar wasn't really her passion, but she felt that if she became someone important in those field, her father would be proud. Of course, her father was a good man and was already so proud of her, but she didn't realize it and still kept that goal.

However, she realized early in college that... this really wasn't for her. She found it difficult to focus on her subject and was doing only close to decent work. Finance was too complicated, she lacked the confidence for any business affair or marketing... it really wasn't looking good and she quit after the second semester.

With her goal shattered, it took some time for Anya to get back on her feet. She felt like a failure for some time and had trouble figuring out what to do. However thanks to her family she got her determination back. Determination to do something, and not just mop around. She could try in other fields, explore the many different possibilities.

So with her new motivation, Anya started looking for a job and applied to a place that not only included some of her interests, but was also quite popular: a cafe!
