Ajatra Naja Cobrataur

The eye markings on Ajatra's hood can change and fade into the red base.
He has 2 fingers and 1 thumb on each hand and two hooves on each foot.
Long snake tail is as powerful as it might seem, able to crush bones by slamming into a body or constricting around it.
Long fangs fold up and don't reveal until he's being intimidating or just flat out angry. (So a smile from him shows off the tiny teeth, but not the fangs)
Ajatra has poor vision in his eyes, able to see colors and movement, but not actually make out what is what. So, much like a normal snake, he flicks his tongue to taste the air and better figure out his surroundings.
