Erebus

Erebus- darkness

A demon who knows not of his origins. He is a collector of knowledge, seeking to learn all he can with the vast length of his lifespan. As far as he knows he is one of two of the last of his kind (breeding with the other in one verse inorder to continue their kind for atleast another generation). He is somewhat cold, factual, and doesn't understand many emotions many of the warmer ones anyway (until he bears young in the one verse). He usually avoids humans, fearful and apprehensive of their aggression and not liking to fight unless its necessary, usually keeping to caves and abandoned bunkers and such. He knows of some magic, his strongest spells being able to control and sprout plantlife. He also fears the darkness of humanity, having seen the worst of it with the locations of his dwellings, long life; and having been captured and almost killed by a cult taking him as their sacrificial idol.
He does have vast medical knowledge, along with his focuses in history and magic, and survival skills to match.

Species Anatomy

• bipedal humanoids with four upper limbs and a pair of digitigrade hindlegs
• one-two sets of pitch black eyes, no visible sclera.
• the lips are thin enough that the line of the mouth is not visible when closed, containing short spike-like teeth with few molars in the back, relatively uneven, meat-heavy omnivores
• reproduction- species is hermaphorditic- both or more parties may become pregnant at the same time, genitals are hidden internally
  
• blood is orange
• skin comes in a variety of green, brow, orange, indigo, and red with darker markings; red and orange are the most vibrant while the other colors are darker shades; albinism and melanism can occur.
• mammilian-produces milk for young, four mammaries sit along the stomach
  
• Horns sit atop the head, styled as those of a ram or antler-like, in one or two pairs
• tail is medium-length, slender, slightly prehensile
