Puppet child ruler of the Third Tier of Heaven, Tsuni was kept entirely seperate from the world outside her palace, entirely trusting and reliant upon her self-serving advisers. When Seliel besieged the Third Tier, Tsuni ignored the demands of her advisers and surrendered to Seliel - hoping to spare her citizens a war. For allowing corruption to flourish beneath her, Seliel banished Tsuni to Earth. She found herself in the slums of the Twixt, by helping the orphans and outcasts she found there.
