DESIGN TOS
-Characters that are listed as NOT FOR SALE will not be accepting any offers. Any other character is accepting offers, preferences for payment should be in each bio.
-Once you purchase a design, all rights belong to you. You are allowed to trade/modify/sell the design as much as you'd like.
-Payment has to be done within 48 hours, if payment is not fulfilled within that timeslot the character will be listed back up for sale again.
I am new to making adopts here, so this will be fleshed out over time.
