Penelope is confident and self assured. Although she might come across as superficial to some, her looks aren't the only thing she cares about, although they are a highpriority. She also loves painting and sewing, among other things.
She loves getting attention and used to live in Miami, working as a model.
That was, until she inherited a huge house in the middle of nowhere from her grandparents, and ended up moving there from the city. She was alone there, until she discovered some Puppillars living in the forest near her house! After a while, she managed to befriend them, and they can often be found lounging around in the house or getting pats from Penelope.
She still takes up the odd modeling job, but mostly just stays at home, and gets the attention she needs by posting on instagram, making youtube videos (makeup and sewing tutorials) and visiting her friends.
