Originally a rescue kitten and adopted in 2014, Augie is a long-haired birman and ragdoll mix (although his colors are similar to that of a snowshoe cat). His full name is Augustus, but it is rarely used, and his shorter nickname is just Aug. His fur is usually long and his chest and tail fluffy, but before summer he gets shaved, leaving his neck fur alone and giving him a lion's mane. He can be drawn either way. Augie can also be wearing his blue bandana around his collar. He can be very timid and easily spooked, so he enjoys quiet, enclosed, private spaces and tends to spend a lot of time alone. However he does have playful moods sometimes, and once he is asleep he loves to cuddle.
