Description:
Tueil helps graduating witches design their hats and robes. Though it hardly seems her job requires magic, she has many secrets up her sleeve, no pun intended. The inner side of her cape actually has a lot of different incomplete spells embroidered on it with ink-soaked thread, and by running the pen across it she can cast spells They're washable too. 

Wants to convince Olruggio to let her try embroidering the snugstone glyphs on clothing.
