yes that's his name. he is aware of how dumb it is. he also uses 咳哦.
speaks in plural, until he doesn't. seen talking to walls. very sweet. he/him.
sometimes they/them if you take the plural thing literally. weirdly evasive towards questions.
very warm. you can probably use him as a heater.
