Octavia

Octavia was one of the many experiments created by Commander TARTAR. She was infused with both Inkling and Octoling DNA, thus, making her more of an "false" Inktoling than a legit one. She was also infused with the ooze TARTAR created in order to ensure Octavia and her brother, Hachi, were effective killer soldiers for his plans of taking over the world, enabling them to also freely switch between a "Sanitized" form and able to reverse back to normal (This also grants them immunity to being infected by other Sanitized, who also recognize them as "fellow" Sanitized). However, once they heard the Squid Sister's "Calamari Inkantation" song a few years prior, it gave the two hope they can one day rebel and escape to the Surface as they did not desire to be killers. They had tried to escape before but were never successful. Being given a "final chance" to prove themselves, Octavia and Hachi are sent to fight the famous Agent 3. During the event, they are knocked out and lose their memories. Found by Cap't Cuttlefish, he deems the two "Agent 8" and "Agent 8.5", due to the bands they wore. Working with him, another Octoling named Chloe and also with Pearl and Marina from Off The Hook, they are able to discover Commander TARTAR and manage to stop him (Also meeting Maura, an experimented Octoling who, like Octavia and Hachi, can also turn into a Sanitized and reverse back. She is also defeated by Octavia during this event.) With the city saved, the group go back, with Octavia and Hachi, with their memories regained, are given their names by Marina (Naming Hachi) and Pearl (Naming Octavia), finally able to start their new lives.


In Turf Wars and the sort, Octavia is mixed. Depending on her main weapon, she is either a strong melee attacker or a distant sniper. Her speed is her strongest asset, making her very hard to hit once she finds her footing. A powerhouse through and through, it takes a lot to knock her down!
