Umbra’s appearance hints at her heritage consisting of a completely feathered dragon (mostly wiped out), and a dragon with leather wings. Wyvern mutations can often occur with these types of dragons producing offspring. Umbra never knew her family, as she was a street dragon that scrounged for what she needed as a baby. Once she was old enough to join the city’s guard, she applied when she learned soldiers get fed three meals a day and sleep with a roof over their head. Her exemplary performance in the training trials placed her with the royal family themselves. Umbra’s personality comes off as quiet and stoic, yet she is hyper and bubbly with the right dragons around. She’s strong, brave, and does every task with diligence and a purpose. On the other hand, she doubts herself as a leader and her perfectionist nature leads her to even bigger mistakes.
