works at the wilon laboratory! he always tries and fails to bring things back to life. most of his experiments go horribly wrong. however, he has succeeded a total of two times, those successes being billy and lou. he is also mostly responsible for the transformation of claude into what he is now. he isnt bad... he's just not... good either? doesn't have morals he just does what he wants. he's on nobody's side. his husband is very supportive of him but theyre both kind of stupid... both of them arent really evil they just have no other choice than to use their knowledge for Bad.
thats not to say they are pure and good and wonderful. both of them are rancid bastards
