Lucy

Lucy Locat is a mainecoon-tabaxi that has specialized in crafting accessories (usually face masks and scarves) and making mechanical wind-up puppets. She sometimes crafts plushs with voice speakers and other electronic parts. She loves to try out wigs and new clothing. Lucy tends to be serious about her work, spending nights without sleep if a self-autonomous toy she created isn't working properly. 

Lucy is the daughter of three moms. She attended school in the past with Ellie and co, acquiring the abilities of a being known as Xcat after delivering an in-person electronic plush commission. Her unfluffy "possum-like" tail is a result of an accident involving a large electronic doll, which resulted in the permanent removal of her tail's fur. Her fur is cyan with a few dark blue stripes.
