Nova was born to a very wealthy family under the name Nastassia. She was groomed to be prim, proper and polite. Ready to run a family empire, but sadly for her parents hopes and dreams things would not go the way they wished.
Nastassia grew up with riches and finery, many lovely dresses for any occasions and the works. She went to a top of the line private all girl's school(Yes this included a dumb uniform she wasn't fond of). She was one of the top in her classes, she had to be after all. It was what her parents wanted for her. She would sneak out of school at night to hang out with people when she got older, wanting more to her life then just studying books and preparing for what would only be, business 24/7. She felt stuck in a rut, tumbling down the edge of no return.
Nastassia became more violent, lashing out as she tried to break free of her confines. She got expelled from school for starting fights. She then got stuck in a public school, she liked it better, more freedom. She got herself a small group of friends. She was a firecracker, a short fuse. She would go off at any moment, no respect for authority. This is how her nickname came around. Nova... As her friend explained it. "Cause your destructive ya know? Like a super nova, but your not a hero so Nova gotta do." She made it clear to only call her Nova, it was better then a prissy rich name anyway.
As Nova got out of school and moved on her own, she became more of a street rat with the local gang, starting trouble for the sake of trouble. It's how she met her pet Charlie as the Zorua also happily started troubles too.
To this day Nova spends time taking up odd jobs and trying to find a constant place to stay. Though she does more illegal jobs.
