History:
Lance's mom died when he was three and he was raised by a single father for twelve years. The two of them got along great. His father was fairly busy, which gave him plenty of time to get into all sorts of trouble. But Lance still never pushed the limits and everything was fine until his dad met Patrice.
Patrice was a friend of a friend of his father's secretary. She convinced Lance's father to marry her within three months of their meeting. The wedding was gorgeous and expensive, and not like Lance's dad at all. Patrice was an angry gold-digging witch. She stayed at home changing the furniture and making Lance redo all his chores and pester the neighbors. Then she decided they should move to another home, seven hundred miles away from everything Lance had ever known.
He thought this would show his father how awful Patrice really was, but instead, he gladly moved away from his family and successful career at Patrice's command.
Sometime after they moved in, Lance came out to his father. His dad was okay with it and said it didn't change anything, but Patrice was very homophobic. She convinced Lance's dad to kick him out.
Lance is very antisocial, yet he has many friends. People are just drawn to him, and always enjoy his company, even when he is in a sour mood. His relationship with his father is growing more and more strained.
