Vaporeon build and face. Vaporeon ear frills melded with Wooper ear gills to make a more feathery/realistic style ear gill. Vaporeon back ridge and Wooper colors and markings. Wooper tail and a bit more squish shape from wooper.
Nature: Naive
Personality: She is an innocent creature full of child like wonder. When greeting or wishing to show affection or friendship she will bop the nose of those she wants to express these things to. Though she is capable of speech she is very soft spoken and very rarely speaks, at most the occasional peep and often a strange nonsense word.
