Akisame (秋雨)'s Ownership

If you buy or trade a design from me, the rules and TOS are as follows: 

1. You will receive a ban from my page should you make a character too similar to one of my own. Color picking is generally excusable, but too many of the same features and color patterns falls under this category. 
2. Designs from adoptable sellers must always abide by the rules of said adoptable seller if I should resell them. You will have to look at the creator's page to find their TOS. Should you purchase the design from me, you should have already prior been aware of the terms of said creator, sooner rather than later. 
3. Trades of art in favor of a certain character of mine must always be shorter than a month, and I will not transfer until a watermarked proof of the final work is shown. After the aforementioned proof, I will transfer, during which you should send the unwatermarked image to me via email. 
4. Lowballing will be ignored. Asking for the character in question for free will be ignored. Making unnecessary comments, guilt tripping, asking me to share the character with you, will all be ignored, if not outright blocked entirely. My characters are mine alone, and I will never co-own if I don't know you personally. 
5. Offers on characters marked as "foreverhomed"( ie. with the tag or crown symbol next to the name) will be blocked immediately. 
6. Shipping of characters without my permission will land you a block. Using my character for roleplay without consent, as well as for inspiration for a roleplay idea, will get you blocked. You can, however, ask and I might be willing, but to do so without my knowledge is generally considered rude.
