An experimental combat android built by USP Robotics as part of their ADSUN line of advanced combat androids, and now a founding member of the Android Liberation Front. Warm and kind, but suffers from design flaws that leave her experiencing narcolepsy-like symptoms.

Trivia

• Kate wasn't initially so...soft, physically; that was part of Celeste's retrofitting work. Before you think she's a pervert though, giving Kate soft body parts like that was actually at Atia's request, so that the military androids in the resistance would look and feel more human. (Was Celeste specifically instructed to make her that big though?)
• Unfortunately, even when heavily underclocked and running on less cores, Kate's processors are not efficient when it comes to heat--this makes her always very warm to the touch, which makes her pretty uncomfortable since the Android Liberation Front's base of operations is in the middle of a desert. On the plus side, hugging and cuddling her is very comfortable.
  • Related: Kate's very tall stature is to help with cooling; the taller she is, the more surface area there is on her body, making it easier to cool her processors--it's the same principle behind the PS5's large size.
• She has a massive sweet tooth--pretty much all of her favourite desserts are among the sweetest or richest. It's not like she can get fat, so it's guilt-free for her.
