These are like parasites and are used to invade planets with life. If the life is more intelligent/aggressive than usual, they'll get these fighter guys to intimidate them or weaken them until they can take control.
It feels like static electricity but can make itself much more lethal. It can't speak out loud, instead makes whispery sounds but if one possesses something it can talk in their head !
